Sinji Vrh is a village settlement in the Črnomelj municipality in the Bela Krajina area of southeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Jugovzhodna Slovenija statistical region.[2]
The local parish church is dedicated to John the Evangelist and belongs to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Novo Mesto. It was a relatively simple that was greatly rebuilt between 1822 and 1823. A second church to the south od the settlement is dedicated to John the Baptist.[3]
